RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns for refund are acceptable within 30 days of the ship date of the purchase for most products. There will be a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charged for all returns if the return products had no defective. Return are subject to the following guidelines. 1) Please save all packaging and accessories for any items that is returned. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order to process your return order. 2) The product must be undamaged and completely serviceable. 3) The customer is responsible for packaging and return drop off the package to our shipping carrier. 4) Refund will be issued after receiving the return product, it usually takes about 3-5 business days.
1. How do we get the unit delivered to you? We use UPS / FEDEX to deliver your order to you. A tracking number will be provided after your order leaves our warehouse, you can track your shipment via the shipping company's website. 2. Processing Time We strive to get all orders out of our warehouse within 2 business days after you place your order, and then travel time from that point could be anywhere from 1 to 7 days, depending on where you live. 3. Standard shipping cost is included. 4. Cancellation Upon making a purchase, if you decide to cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours after the order is placed to cancel it. After 6 hrs, if your order has not been shipped, you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and 18% restocking fee. 5. Shipping Damages Any shipping damages, which are not including cosmetic damage, have to contact us to file the claim within 2 days of unit receiving. The unit must be kept in original condition; Once the product has been used in any way, it WILL NOT be allowed for return or filing damage claim for ANY reason. If we will file the claim with the shipping company and send any damaged parts needed upon the claim receiving within the first 48 hours.
